Dive 004: Santa Claus is...hopefully coming to town? [Video/Action]

[So Christmas is in the air and Sora is in his apartment getting ready for the big day. He's been going in and out of town getting stuff for ready for the holiday season. However, Sora is beginning to realize that if they're all in Luceti...how is Santa going to visit anyone? It's true Sora thought Santa wasn't real at one point because of Riku but having actually met the man, he knows the man's real.

So he comes on the feed looking a bit unsure.]

Hey, do you think Santa will come to Luceti? I mean he travels other worlds during Christmas but no one can get in or out of the barrier...so does that mean Santa won't come here?

[Can you see this is a bit disappointing? He was really wanting to get a visit from Santa this year. After all, HE'S GOTTA BE ON THE NICE LIST THIS YEAR! COME ON! He believes in the man again.

Once he's done with that, he's going around town collecting more Christmas things. But the one thing he needs is a tree. So if there's a person nearby he'll wave over to them.]

Hey, do you know where I can get a Christmas tree?

I think it's supposed to say they need to try and be better. And yeah, there's a whole thing about him knowing when you're asleep and knowing when you're awake.

Huh? Well, it had a bunch of elves that helped him make the toys and there ere conveyer belts. He's also got a machine that shoots toys into the present boxes.

He has access to all this information? Truly he is a master of gathering intelligence.

I see! That sounds like quite the intricate workshop. And he has smaller creatures to help him assemble these presents? This is all so very interesting. I assume that the "toy-shooter" can also be applied as a defensive weapon.

I think it's because of some kind of magic.

Uh huh, they do it all year round so they're ready by Christmas.

Yeah, if you really wanted to, you could use it as a weapon.

This sounds much more like ninjutsu to me. And working all year round? So efficient... And he delivers all these presents in the course of one day, or several?

Just the one night. He's a great guy like that. He said it makes him happy to see all the kids so joyful.

I have never known a ninja with his level of skill and kindness combined. No, perhaps that is how Naruto-kun would act as the Hokage? Either way, I admire him as no end. And you are confident that he will find his way here as well?

I don't think he's a ninja. He's just a man in a big red suit.

That does sound nearly like Naruto-kun's sense of fashion. There is a distinct possibility that he kept his ninja heritage a a secret from you, Sora-kun. Perhaps for your own protection. After all, it is the only explanation for his remarkable feats.

Do you? What if he is trapped here like the rest of us?

[Maybe he should keep the fact that Santa was almost turned into a heartless by Maleificent and nearly turned into hamburger meet to himself.]

If he was, wouldn't he have talked to me by now?

This is true. I believe wholeheartedly that that Santa-same would have contacted you if he was trapped here by now. After all, he must consider you a dear and treasured friend, so he would want to ensure your wellbeing. However, I speak instead of a hypothetical situation: What if Santa does find his way here to deliver his Christmas presents to us here in Luceti, but by coming here traps himself here? After all, the Malnosso's shifts can restrict even the greatest of ninjas. Would it be worth his coming here for him to be subject to the same imprisonment as the rest of us?

[Lee does have a good point. Sora didn't even think that Santa could possibly get stuck here.]

Yeah, you're right. As nice as it'd be to have him visit I don't want him getting stuck here and not being able to deliever presents to everyone else.

I commend your understanding, Sora-kun. It is a mark of maturity rooted in purest youth. Truly, there can be only one solution to this dilemma.

After all, if Santa is a Hokage-level ninja who can visit everyone in multiple worlds in one night, visiting everyone within this village in one night should be a relatively simpler task for one of my level.
