The Park

[Sora has been just sitting about, being rather bored. This town didn't really have anything the Island did and there didn't seem like much to do here. But he couldn't just sit around and do nothing. So instead, he springs to his feet. Extending his hand out, the keyblade appears in his hand in a shimmer of light. Today is a good time to practice! But if only he had something like a struggle bat. Oh well, what can he do? He soon see's you come by and smiles.]

The phone

[So, Sora decided to pick up this strange contraption called a phone. Of course they probably had them on his island, but they probably didn't use them much. After all, Sora's not what you'd call tech savvy.]

Hey everyone! What's up? I was wondering if anyone wanted to hang out today. I mean, being in Creepyfield isn't fun that much but it doesn't mean we shouldn't try to make the best of it, right?

[Sora has just regained something and is sitting on his front porch. He's clutching something in his hand and staring down at it. There seems to be a bit of sad look on his face as he holds it. It had been so long since he had been away from the Islands. He was wondering how all his friends were doing. Did they know that he was gone? The last thing he wanted to do was make any of them sad. Especially, his most important person. He's trying his best not to cry, but it's beginning to look like he will.]

Okay, Oshawott — I choose you!

[ Even though Pikachu wants to fight too, he'll let Pikachu fight later. Sure, Ash doesn't do conventional fights but he's ten years old and from a weird world where humans almost never do the fighting. ]

[Sora's just going to stand there for a minute. Just sort of staring at what Ash just brought out.]

This's my battling partner, Oshawott!

[ Who... actually is the one doing all the battling. ]

[Sora understands the concept of summoning. Hell, Sora has done summoning! But at least he was fighting alongside his summon.]

Aaaaand you want me to fight Oshawott? What are you going to do?

I'm going to give Oshawott commands, and he'll battle you!

[ That's how battles work in his world, after all. ]

[Well....Sora guessed it made sense in this kid's world. But...that Oshawaott thing looked no bigger than a shadow. With his keyblade, Sora could probably hurt that little thing badly. Even if he was holding back.]

Well, okay.

[Sora can't resist a challenge after all. Getting into his battle stance he waits for Ash to start.]

Alright, then!

[ Oshawott nods, grinning as he whacks his scalchop. ]

You can make the first move!

[Nodding, Sora runs forward. Raising his keyblade, he goes for an upper cut (holding back a majority of his strength, by the way)to attack the small creature.]

[ Ash pays attention to Sora's moves. Thankfully, he has pretty good vision, so it's not like he misses a thing. ]

Oshawott, dodge! Then use Aqua Jet!

[ And Oshawott does so by running away. Its speed is pretty high for a small guy, but that doesn't mean the battle's over. After a quick dodge, the water otter surrounds itself with water before swiftly heading towards Sora. Thankfully, its eyes are open, ready to aim. ]

[Ash...Dodge isn't an attack. Why must pokemon do such silly things?]

[Anyways, the creature moves away from him, only to come back at him surrounded in water and trying to propel into Sora.]

Reflect!

[A barrier of glassy panels surrounds Sora, when Oshawott makes contact with it its attack will be blocked. But also, cause the panels to fire out and hit the creature.]

[ Even if dodging isn't exactly an attack, it's still a command that Ash can give to his Oshawott. When the water otter hits the panels, they clash and make Oshawott fly back a little. It's slightly injured, but it's nothing it can't handle. ]

Oshawott! Are you alright? Hang in there!

[ The water otter gives a small "Osha!" in reply as Pikachu cheers the otter on. Ash clenches his teeth, one of his hands forming a fist before he points at his opponent. ]

Okay, if that didn't work, then— use Razor Shell!

[ By which the otter takes out his scalchop from its tummy to use it as a weapon. Watch out, Sora, because Oshawott's speed is increasing as he uses it as a samurai sword. ]
