The Park

[Sora has been just sitting about, being rather bored. This town didn't really have anything the Island did and there didn't seem like much to do here. But he couldn't just sit around and do nothing. So instead, he springs to his feet. Extending his hand out, the keyblade appears in his hand in a shimmer of light. Today is a good time to practice! But if only he had something like a struggle bat. Oh well, what can he do? He soon see's you come by and smiles.]

Wanna go a round?

The phone

[So, Sora decided to pick up this strange contraption called a phone. Of course they probably had them on his island, but they probably didn't use them much. After all, Sora's not what you'd call tech savvy.]

Hey everyone! What's up? I was wondering if anyone wanted to hang out today. I mean, being in Creepyfield isn't fun that much but it doesn't mean we shouldn't try to make the best of it, right?

[Sora has just regained something and is sitting on his front porch. He's clutching something in his hand and staring down at it. There seems to be a bit of sad look on his face as he holds it. It had been so long since he had been away from the Islands. He was wondering how all his friends were doing. Did they know that he was gone? The last thing he wanted to do was make any of them sad. Especially, his most important person. He's trying his best not to cry, but it's beginning to look like he will.]

Go a round? Well, I suppose I could but I'm a ranged opponent more or less. Are you okay with that? [She could adjust Cross Mirage to a light attack setting anyhow.]

[Has he fought anyone who's a ranged attacker? Yup, Xigbar. There's probably others but the one who gave him the most trouble was the second member of the organization.]

I should be fine. I've handled shooters before.

All right then. [Holding out Cross Mirage, she activated him as she locked a cartridge into the chamber.]

Here we go then.

[And she started moving, firing a couple of shots at him.]

Don't go easy on me!

[Sora gets into his battle stance and rushes towards her. But the firing of bullets makes him leap out of the way and run in a circle around her to try and attack from behind. He raises the keyblade aiming to slash her across the back. At least it's the Kingdom Key.]

I wont then!

[And she charges around, firing rapidly as she made a circle, tracking his movements like a gunner should. Blocking the key-sword, she kicked away before seemingly fading from sight, as she kicked in her illusionary magic. Several shots rang out from different points in the park at all angles.]

I can't tell if your optimism gives me hope or just annoys me.

Well, what's the point of being pessimistic? I think that's what the town would want. To keep us down. You gotta try and think positive.

You... May have a point. But being positive can only get you so far.

Well of course. That's why I fight. But right now we can't fight someone we can't find, right?

[Sora doesn't like the whole being a toy thing, after all, the Organization used him like one. But, he may as well try and stop and enjoy things while he can.]

[ Here Toothless comes, slithering his way up the street. Probably scaring the ever-loving fuck out of some people, but lol, he doesn't even care.

When he sees Sora, though, he pauses. Sora looks sad, and Toothless doesn't like that. So he goes right up to him, sitting back on his haunches in front of him, and tilts his head in concern. ]

[It doesn't take Sora long to see that there is a black dragon in front of him. Sure it'd scare some people that there was a dragon sitting in front of them, but Sora smiles weakly. He's used to befriending very large and possibly, frightening animals.]

[ He's fine, but that's not important, and he will convey that by rolling his eyes.

He leans forward and narrows his eyes. Tell him what's wrong, is what it means. ]

[Sora lets out a nervous laugh at that look. He understands that look all right. Didn't Toothless give it to him when he didn't guess his name right? He does manage to smile, but it's a little sad.

He opens up his hand to show him this.]

I was just feeling a little homesick, that's all.

Sure, I wouldn't mind a battle!

[ That is what he means, right? Ash nods, grinning from ear to ear. He knows that people fight in different ways in this town, but that honestly doesn't matter to a kid like him. ]

Just don't beat 'em up too hard.

[ And Ash takes out a Pokeball, ready. ]

Tell me when you're ready!

[No Ash, no. Don't let Sora fight your cute little creatures. He has a tendency to murder cute things, look at the shadow heartless.]


All right! Just be ready!

[Sora gets down into a battle stance, waiting for Ash to take his weapon out. He looks curiously at the ball that Ash has just taken out and...don't beat them too hard?]

Huh? Okay? Sure.

[befriend]

[ By too hard, he obviously means murders. ]

Okay, Oshawott — I choose you!

[ Even though Pikachu wants to fight too, he'll let Pikachu fight later. Sure, Ash doesn't do conventional fights but he's ten years old and from a weird world where humans almost never do the fighting. ]

[Sora's just going to stand there for a minute. Just sort of staring at what Ash just brought out.]
